		<description>It isn&#039;t censorship unless it is the government and is preemptive.  The directors, producers, studio backers, and distributors can order all kinds of changes and recuts to a film based on their contract arrangements, and that does not constitute censordhip.  It&#039;s their product.  On the other hand, an actor hired to do a scene has a contract with the producers, and may be owed a credit in the finished product even if the scene they filmed was cut by the final release (think SAG rules).</description>
